What can't be said in hyerbole is irrelevant to this inspired Blanc de Blanc. It'll break your heart that you're not perched on an Adriatic Bay feeling warmth and spray. The beading too fine, the nose too honeyed and aromatic, and the palate broad, bright and mineraly. A concert auditorium of applause too warm and hearty. It's too much, in the best way possible.
