Eaten Magazine
Issue 20: DRUNK
This 2024 summer edition of EATEN, which is also the magazine's 20th issue, is appropriately celebratory with such articles like "Something in the Air: A Short History of Carbonation". As usual, the publication delves into the intriguing universe of archival recipes in the piece "Oxford Night Caps", among others, which features concoctions used at Oxford University's pub in 1835, including something called 'vinous metheglin' and a green tea punch! A delightful summer read.
